I have been in therapy with many counsellors and can say confidently that she helped me to get better and independent in a very little time. I was diagnosed with MDD and had several anxiety attacks. Dr.Sakshi is patient enough to listen to the problem. She is a warm person and her very positive attitude changes the perspective. The sessions are beneficial as they bring out the true self of us when it gets cluttered due to external situations or stress. She gives exercises called emotional handouts which are very helpful in understanding the underlying emotion and addressing our fears. She is a very welcoming and kind person. Strongly recommend her.
