Ms. Violette Lepinay

Dr Violet from the first time of my appointment for my back issue understood the problem and started with her treatment. She is extremely knowledgeable and motivating. She takes care of you and is very precise with her work. She did put me onto a physiotherapist Dr Rolly who was required at a point to heal me. Both of them worked together on my back and never held back in their practices. She is very punctual and stresses on disciplines in health and helps you become better with health. She is patient and advises correctly. The timeline for my healing she proposed was exact and there were no delays. She is very friendly and professional. They believe in body healing & a better lifestyle rather than medications. I would definitely recommend her and her services. This is my first hand experience with a Chiropractor and it has been wonderful! I thank Atlas, Dr Violet and Dr Rolly for their services. I have been having chiropractic treatment for my lower back and neck pain problems for the last six years, off and on. The doctor who was treating me last left for home and I missed having any treatment in the last ten months or so, and the pain inevitably returned. Through the web I found Atlas as a viable alternative.

Today was the first time I had a treatment from Dr Lepinay. She was quite thorough in understanding what was ailing me, and checked out the trouble spots. Thereafter, she commenced treatment which was a lot of robust twisting and turning to fix me up. After her treatment I must say, I immediately felt the knotted muscle on my neck relent and relax a bit. I was told by Dr Lepinay I will have to do a few more session to get right.

Dr Lepinay, I found is a friendly person with a very pleasant demeanour. Her French accented English is not easy to understand at first, especially to an Indian ear! May be I will have to learn French or she will have to speak a bit slowly, ha ha.

When i visited Dr Violette i had a curved back and was in acute pain. I had already been through a ortho surgeon and physio before but to no relief. Dr Violette has been great for me to have regained my posture and my pain has reduced by 90%, where the rest is on me to act on by reducing weight and regular exercise. She is highly recommended for all those who have neuromuscular issues, she is superb in helping relieve pain in joints and muscles with work on the spine to look at increasing blood flow and nerve conductivity to the joints. She has been great for me. In fact recently my son who is 10 years old had a foot ball ankle injury where she has corrected his issue in just 2 visits. If you are in unbearable pain or some sort of nagging pain i highly recommend a visit to Dr Violette

I have been to several orthopedic doctors and physiotherapist; and none were ready to listen to what I had to say; all they would want to know what's my profession and used to conclude that I sit the whole day and that is causing the issue.

But today was different.

She listened to my issues attentively and with patience; and then went onto explaining how will the treatment take place, then she assessed me and found out the root cause for my issues.

Then did my initial adjustments.

Then she explained I will need few more of such sessions to correct the issue. And it is fair enough; as I have these issues for almost 12 years now.

Over all I'm happy about the way she listened to me and assessed my condition.

From the time you call to get an appointment to the time you see the doctor, Atlas and their employees lack even the slightest iota of respect or courtesy.

I’ve visited Atlas thrice, and the first two visits, I had to wait for nearly 30 minutes the first visit and 20 minutes the second visit. For which, nobody from atlas had a word to say. ********* ** ** **** ***** patients time holds no value ******** *** **** **** *** ****** ***** ***** ********* **** ** ********* ***** *** **** **********

The third visit, due to unavoidable circumstances I was 7 minutes late, in those seven minutes I received over 5 calls from their receptionist Ms Sujata, who’s arrogance needs a new pin code. When I arrived, I was standing at the entrance while she tried to explain “how valuable time is” and went in to discuss with the Dr while, I waited in at the entrance without even being offered a seat. She came back and said the Dr will see my MRI report but won’t be able to do a session since I was late. The pace at which the doctor was explaining my reports was in literal sense supersonic. ** **** **** *** *** ****** **** **** ********* I was wondering where this was the first 2 sessions when I was made to wait? Is my time less valuable than there’s? After all of this, when I left I said I will not be coming back and instead of pacifying Ms Sujata was trying to prove herself right. Her exact words were “you’re getting upset for no reason”

I hope, those who plan to visit, evaluate others before trying their luck here. Dr. Violette is a highly ******* *** competent Chiropractor. I visited her during my 4th month of pregnancy for severe back pain and it was a very good decision. I visited Dr Violette nearly every week since and have gone through my pregnancy with a well aligned spine and without any back pain or sciatica issue, which is so common and troublesome. *** ** **** ************* ** *** ********** *** ******** ****** including the Websters technique to help a breech, transverse baby to move into the correct position for a normal delivery. It also allowed me to be active during my pregnancy and attend to my very active 2.5 year old son. .This was my second pregnancy with the first one being a c section and I am certain the bodywork done by Dr Violette helped me have a normal delivery with no complications. I am currently visiting her for postnatal recovery and maintaining my pelvic health. I would recommend every pregnant lady to read the benefits of chiropractic adjustments.

Thanks to Dr. Violette Lepinay, that i am feeling much better now after a few sessions, as i have been suffering from 13 years of back pain due to slip disc, and also injuries to my neck and shoulder. I have consulted many for various therapies but never felt better as i am now.

Dr. Violette explains you everything about the issue and session to session records are maintained. Dr also informs you the next steps of what needs to be done. Every session i was told about the progress and also exercises where given to be done on a daily basis.

There is no wait time, if you have an appointment, you will be treated at that time given to you.

I understand that it might feel the sessions are short and the pay is more.. But those sessions pay off at the end.

I have been going to her for a past few sessions and the results ahve been very positive. I initially was skeptical about chiropractic treatment but after the results, I can confidently say, it is worth all the money and time. I have had a severe neck pain and started observing a outer bulge on the backside of the neck right below the head. I always thought it's normal as it is the bone that had protruded out but my neck was always still and range of motion compromised. after trying various massages for quite a while which gave temporary relief but not permanent. soon after 4-5 sessions hete my neck strted feeling relaxed and my range of motion increased. the buldge on the the back of my neck is gone now and I feel a lot more better . I would highly recommend her.
