I went to Ms.Smitha at a desperate time of help , she listened to my situation with a lot of patience and earring. She comforted me and gave me a structured way of how to improve my situation. Being a person that overthinks a lot , she helped me understand the basis of overthinking and understanding the cause of the same. Though overthinking might seem like a very minuscule issue but only after this session I realised that it was a root cause of something deeper.
