My wife was detected with hypothyroidism and the consulted doctor advised her to reduce weight instead of start taking medicine. So we were searching for a dietician who could help us in achieveing the target and after lots of research we got to know about Dr. Silpa.

She is polite, soft-spoken and listens all the queries patiently. Then she has asked my wife about her daily schedule and thoroughly explain on where she need to specifically focus on. She assured us not to worry and inspired my wife.

She has advised for work-out and the intensity that need to be done on weekly basis. She understands the patient and accordingly prescribe as per the capability so that the patient gets used to it.

She has initially given a diet plan of 2 weeks which was really easy to follow. Her weekly diet plan was quite strategic. She kept quick making foods on weekdays and the ones that takes relatively more time on weekends only. On a follow-up after 2 weeks she asked whether my wife is feeling hungry or facing any other problem and accordingly modified the plan.

We understood how much it is imortant to take proper food at right time to remain healthy.
