I really liked the session I had with her.. She's insightful and made some really accurate observations about me.. She was empathetic and i felt I could connect with her as a counselor without making too much effort.. Sh

She made me feel very comfortable and safe so i could share what I had been through without any reservations or fear of judgement.. Pretty amazing for a first session.. Suggested some relevant techniques and emphasized on those working if one is consistent.. I started the session with being distressed but ended the session with a smile..
