I really liked the session I had with her.. She's insightful and made some really accurate observations about me.. She was empathetic and i felt I could connect with her as a counselor without making too much effort.. She made me feel very comfortable and safe so i could share what I had been through without any reservations or fear of judgement.. Pretty amazing for a first session.. Suggested some relevant techniques and emphasized on those working if one is consistent.. I started the session with being distressed but ended the session with a smile..

Dr Mohana suggested me an excercise to help with sleep. I wasn't able to fall asleep for 3 nights and after performing the excercise I was able to consistently fall asleep with ease every night. Would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with similar problems.

I needed instant therapy for my panic attacks. I can’t tell you in word how much she helped me through the call even with Practo app’s technical glitches which were annoying to both of us. Finally when we connected, she was so empathetic and listen to me like she knows me for long time and gave me ample of tools and solutions to follow and also comforted me instantly.
