Dr Mirdula S Hegde is very friendly and she explained the issue in and out, my shoulder injury has been fixed and now able to play better than earlier. She is very good at sports related injuries.

Not recommended :(I had hoped some improvement regarding lower back pain in 1st visit. I found the therapist very easy to communicate with, she treated me incrementally so as not to risk further damage, she used different techniques and explained what she was doing and what to expect. I was given reasonable exercises to do and her estimate of how long it would take to recover was correct. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
