Menaka is a very talented physiotherapist who focuses on treating the root cause of the problem. My mother-in-law had been suffering for extreme pain in the upper thigh and lower back. In-spite of taking multiple steroid shots, there was no relief. Menaka devised a strategic course of treatment, which not only relieved pain, it also helped her overcome her constant limping (on one of the leg).

Menaka is a very dedicated *** ************* **************** I would recommend her to anyone looking for pain treatment and lifestyle coaching ( posture correction, muscle strengthening etc).

Dr. Menka did her best to relieve me of the pain and was successful in doing so. The exercises recommended by her helped me to overcome the pain. She made sure that I was comfortable with the exercises that I did and her regular encouragement helped me to get better with each passing day. She was very good at her diagnosis and I found her to be a very helpful doctor.

She is very kind and has patience to listen our problems. *** ***** ******* ********** I had severe background pain. She thought me exercises and did proper treatment. After 10days my pain reduced. I'm doing those exercise everyday and now I'm fine. She spends extra time , not money minded.she is good experienced doctor

I had spur in heel and knee problem and went to Dr Menaka who helped me a lot with my my knee and spur problem. She always adjusted to my time schedule and her exercises were very effective. Her staff was very helpful too. A very polite, understanding and warm person whose talk solves half the problems of her patients.

I am a Bangladeshi. and I have disc displacement. Here in Bangladesh dr said to go for surgery for my disc displacement and that time I was not able to walk easily because of the pain. After thay I heard about Dr. Menka and went ro her. Then under her physiotherapy I recovered. She is so helpful and caring.
