I went to consult regarding my eating habits as i was not able to reduce weight and i used to stress eat. i wanted to know how to reduce my binge eating habits and how to eat healthy and what nutrients i could be lacking. the doctor told me the most basic things about having a balanced diet and gave me the **** ***** healthy meal plan i can get from the internet in one quick search.
