She was very thorough in her explanations, was very friendly and answered my each and every query regarding the back pain. She suggested ift for this pain and it helped me alot. Although my pain is still there because of the amount of stiffness i have in my muscle but she made me realise that this pain will eventually go off with daily exercise, posture correction and healthy lifestyle.
