Dr. Kamalika Bhattacharya (Physiotherapist)

Had visited Dr. Kamalika for treatment of my frozen shoulder with fifty percent restricted movement of my left arm. Her six session treatment and the aptly suggested exercises helped considerably improve the condition of my arm. I religiously followed her instructions to repeat the exercises at home twice every day. Now I am able to do nearly all activities with my affected arm without much difficulty, thanks to Dr. Kamalika's ************* professional treatment and her very caring hands and conversations.

I developed a pain on my shoulder in June which made even sleeping at night difficult.

I went 2-3 orpthopedicians who took X-rays gave different muscle relaxants but nothing worked.

Finally I found Dr Kamalika near my house itself thorugh Practo.

She has completely stopped the endless pain and stiffness through specialist massage and exercises , always listening to and evaluating my responses throughout.

After having to go daily for 6 times a week for a short while to get me out of spasm, I am now in the happy position of twice a month and will hopefully only have to attend when and if required in the future!

She takes an effort to have a personal bond with her clients which is highly unseen these days which in turn helps with the treatment process.

Dr. Kamalika treated my back pain very well. She explained to me the causes of my pain and how can i overcome them. She was very thorough in her explanations, was very friendly and answered my each and every query regarding the back pain. She suggested ift for this pain and it helped me alot. Although my pain is still there because of the amount of stiffness i have in my muscle but she made me realise that this pain will eventually go off with daily exercise, posture correction and healthy lifestyle. I have been visiting Dr.Kamalika for over 3 years now for various reasons as I have an unfortunate tendency to get injured :).*** ********* ** **** ********** she takes time to understand the patient's concern, and suggests easy exercises/remedies to start off with. She doesn't rush to physiotherapy through the machine unless needed.Another good thing about her is she follows up with the patient on his/her progress and well being.You can make out that she is an expert in her area of expertise.I will highly recommend her.

I visited Dr.Kamalika for acute knee pain. She has been an excellent Dr. Very patiently listens to your problem. She very well understands your pain and starts the therapy. Very organized. She guides on correct method of treatment, if one follows her do's and don'ts we are completely assured of no pain. 6days of IFT,COLD LASER, ULTRASOUND AND SHORT WAVE DIATHERMY. Pain almost vanished through the physiotherapy sessions. She gave simple exercises. Very much recommended for any pain, rehab. Best Dr in Fostr for physiotherapy.

I consulted Dr. Kamalika Bhattacharya for sustained pain due to injury in my knee. First good thing was that I was given appropriate appointment and never had to wait for more than 10 minutes. In the first meeting itself, Dr. Kamalika thoroughly examined my injury and explained me the treatment process which was needed in my case for pain relief and curing my injury. The treatment procedure adopted by her in all the therapy sessions satisfactorily relived my pain. Further, she also advised me relevant exercises for strengthening my injured area. Another thing I liked about the doctor was that she answered every questions and doubts I had regarding my injury and simultaneously elucidated the proper way of performing the advised exercises. Overall, She is very friendly and professional in her approach and I am satisfied by the treatment she provided and would definitely recommend her to other patients as well.

Today (23rd May) I had completed my PT sessions , I am very happy the way these sessions went thru. I had severe Neck and Shoulder pain due to severe muscle strain. I was not in a position to move my head, sleep or even sit for long time. She had provided very good Phisio Therapy and from Day 3 I started seeing much improvement. What I felt was, the experience she carries and the way she understand the issue and provides treatment accordingly. Dr. Kamalika is a very friendly, patient and caring doctor. She clearly explained the treatment that would be given and ensured that I was comfortable during the therapy sessions. Also taught exercises to be practiced everyday for strengthening. Very clean, hygienic clinic and good equipment. She also prebooked every session which made the experience hassle-free.
