Not only my Elbow is healed now I'm also much more aware; of how to pro-actively not get into other injuries related to my tennis elbow. He gave me certain regular exercises to maintain a strong arm and at the same time how to identify the triggers that can lead to the re-occurrence of tennis elbow. That's cool.

I had knee pain for 3 years and shown it to various ortho doctor as well as physiotherapist. While few doctors said, it will recover automatically or it's in your mind, I continued to suffer. I also visited multiple physiotherapist, they either said you are flat feet, your muscles are tight or applied mild electrical currents. But nothing worked out. I finally decided to try Sports Physiptheapy and in my first meeting Dr Yash explained me probable issues and diagnosis steps. It immediately helped me and within a month I was much better. After 2 months I was almost normal. You might feel the fee is on slightly higher side, but it's totally worth it. Thanks Dr. Yash and Team.

Dr. Yash assessed my elbow pain very well. He put me on to his lead, Dr. Abey for nine rehab sessions which included heavy massaging and release of the muscle tension. I was having acute pain on my right elbow (lateral epicondylitis) for almost a year even when I was not playing. For the first time, I experienced zero pain. After the fourth sesssion I was put on rehab muscle strength building post massaging. Yash has now given me a strength and conditioning program which I hope to follow and get back to regular tennis in 3 months. Meeting Dr. Yash has been a blessing!! I got diagnosed with a bucket handle tear of the meniscus in my knee. I consulted at Peak Performance for 'pain on lateral side of my right knee', which started about a week after BLR marathon (I did a Full Marathon) . Pain was in such a bad state that I could not run a km or climb down stairs. Yash himself and Mayur were attending to me, identified as ITB issue and suggested 10 days of rest and 5-6 sessions of massaging within ~2-3 weeks for treatment. Also helped me with some good stretches and foam rolling techniques that I should follow for my pattern of regular running.

After 4th session I was advised to run starting from 3-5-7-7-15 km with rest days in between and all went well ..

I was able to resume my training for SCMM and after 3rd week of treatment I could get back to my 32km training run for SCMM without pain/issues!
