Dr. Thejaswi G is a physiotherapist associated with Aster women and children hospital, Whitefield. She is specialized in women’s health and has experience of over 5 years. She has completed BPT from Yenepoya University Mangalore in 2015 and completed her post-graduation from Nitte University Mangalore in 2017. She is also a certified Yoga therapist. She has been conducting Antenatal exercise and Lamaze sessions and has wide experience treating musculoskeletal problems seen during pregnancy and post-natal period. She possesses an avid interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation and has also gained experience in the field of lactation.
I have known Thejaswi for a couple of months now. She is the most friendly, supportive, encouraging physiotherapist out there.
She patiently listens to your symptoms and queries, only after fully understanding your requirements does she suggest any exercises, lifestyle changes or meditation.
Her approach is very organic and she does not push any unnecessary tests or procedures on you.
Each and every exercise she suggests is very much doable with the time at your hand. I could talk very frankly with her about my challenges with time as a new mom and she understood my requirement very well and suggested exercises accordingly.
She is very friendly and sweet to talk to, I felt this immediate connection with her the moment I met her.
