From the start Dr. Dilpreet was very patient in hearing all of my issues. As I had a disc bulge causing radiating pain and other issues, before starting the therapy, she clearly told me upto what extent Physiotherapy can help me and how she would proceed. Prior to therapy, I was unable to stand for more than 2 minutes without the pain forcing me to sit and walking even 50m was painful. After 3 days of Physiotherapy itself I started seeing positive results with respect to my pain and Dr.Dilpreet would daily take feedback and plan the right treatment for the day. She also taught me exercises to do daily. After 5 sessions I was at a stage where I could work forgetting that I ever had pain and had to consciously remind myself to take it easy. After 8 sessions, I am pain-free. I am very grateful to Dr.Dilpreet of Aarogya Physiotherapy for getting me to this stage within such a short span. Thank you.
