Dr Suguna has a very nurturing style. She is very accessible and full of helpful tips and remedies. My diet plan was easy to follow with enough variety. She explained the impact of each item and I constantly kept in touch with her as my symptoms worsened or improved to make sense of it and make it a sustainable habit.
