Can't express in words how much Moumita helped me in understanding myself better in order to live my life with a renewed perspective. Only advice to anyone wanting to avail ger therapy services. Trust her and the process and stay the course. Therapy is not an overnight remedy.

Padmini listened very well when I shared my problems about relating to people. I felt heard. She gently guided me towards understanding my own personality, strengths and weaknesses. She also recommended some excellent books and was very supportive and encouraging. With her guidance, my relationship with self and others have improved greatly.

Some of us reach a point in life where we forgot who we are, what we are here for and find ourselves in a totally different place than what we thought the path we chose would take us to. I met Padmini in one of those down times. Hopelessness, helplessness, suicidal thoughts, severe depression and crying spells were few of the symptoms to start with. My marriage wasn't going well and I was in & out of depression for 10 years. I told her I couldn't remember anything positive about my marriage or life and all I can see is negativity and hopelessness. I had been to multiple psychologists and psychiatrists in the past, without much success. Most of them would use a one-size-fits-all approach and common sense suggestions that we can get from any self-help books.

I feel the right therapist would assist us in digging deep into ourselves to find our own truths and make decisions based on what our inner-self needs, instead of giving band-aid solutions. I can say Padmini is one of such therapists. Within a few sessions, she was able to bring out the positive feelings and happiness I felt when I met my husband 10 years back and she was also able to kindle the positive energy I had in my 20s. In fact, I was in a state of euphoria for a few days as I haven't felt that good for a long time.

I really feel Padmini is a blessing in my life, I wish I met her sooner. She knows exactly where to zoom in and go deeper while I am explaining my problems and makes me to come up with solutions too. After meeting her, I gained a new respect for clinical psychology and the process of therapy itself. Thanks dear Padmini!

I am taking this opportunity to appreciate the service provided by Mind Fit too. Here, instead of a single therapist, we have access to multiple qualified therapist and psychiatrist, across the city. In case our assigned therapist isn't available, we can reach out to another therapist. Usually we get appointments within few days or even same too and follow up can happen as per our needs, unlike days/weeks of waiting time to even get appointments in few other hospitals/therapy centers. This makes me feel like there is a team available to take care of my emotional and mental well being and I can always reach out to them in my hours of need during depression and mood swings. The therapy rooms are also well designed and supportive to the process. Keep up the good work team Mind Fit!

Padmini is very supportive in her approach. She listens to your issues very patiently and give very easy solutions for the same. She gives you many opportunities to speak your heart out infront of her so that she can know you better. You can go and tell your problems to her and she can list down everything to very basic level so that everything is clear without any things around it. That really gives you a clarity about what is happening and what do you want. She makes you talk about your problems and then slowly make you only talk about the possible solutions. Sessions with her are really helpful.
