I have been struggling with Clinical depression and suicidal thoughts for the past 23 years, and living on anti depressants and totally dependent on medication to lead even a normal day to day life. Otherwise i cannot go out of my house also. Even though i was happy with the medication i specifically came to Ayurveda doctor as recommended by my friends for the reason of chronical nervous pains in various portions and joints of the body which was side effect of my emotional illness.

This i could not sort it out anywhere and I had given up hope and came to terms and started living with the pain.

Doctor Sharad, was very friendly and approachable and had a listening ear

He diagnosed my problems and understood very well what I am going through, and advised me about what medicines will help me and how it will solve my problems and gave me a target of 20 days to solve the problem. I was very surprised to hear this. To be honest, I am just going to start the medications and from the way Doctor spoke to me, looks like he knows what he is doing and i couldn't get the answers he gave me from any other doctor in my experience of visiting hundreds of them in the past

Even though I came for pain relief and not for depression, he assured me that he can treat my depression also and make me medicine independent,

I feel that I came 20 years late to him, but better late than never.

After reading all over the internet about Anal Fistula, I understood that Fistula treatment through Ayurveda is the best possible way to avoid any kind of recurrence & incontinence. So I started looking for a Ayurvedic doctor who can come to my rescue. I found Dr. Sharad Kulkarni over Practo and after researching about him on the internet, I found positive feedback on him from patients. Therefore, I decided to meet and discuss with him on the condition that I had been suffering from for more than 2 months.

Things that I liked about the doctor.

7. Fistula treatment was quite economical w.r.t. surgery in the hospitals.

Things that overall could be improved.

1. The staff at the clinic couldn't speak/understand English or Hindi. Unfortunately I am not very much conversant in Kannada, so it would be helpful and less stressful for a patient if the staff can communicate in either of the above mentioned languages.

2. The approach road to the Clinic is extremely bad (I used to come from HSR). Reaching the clinic was a pain in the neck. At times, I was more worried about the road than the treatment itself.

i had severe piles from the last week of May onwards ...on june 10th or whereabouts i consulted Dr Sharad . He was very calm and understanding and told me that its deteriorated to an extreme grade 3 case and that i would most probably have to go through an operation

he gave me medicines and certain techniques ( including diet changes) for bringing it down and it had corrected to almost 80 percent till my next week which towards the end of June

The next visit he repeated the same medication which brought it down even further . The 3rd visit i took some medication for my flatulence also which also is quite regulated now . Excellent Doctor with a caring team* *** ****** ********* **** ********** *** makes the patient feel completely comfortable. No need to worry about trust issues. The best thing about Dr. Kulkarni is that service comes before money for him. I visited Dr. Sharad for the first time in Jul 2020 for Piles. He was able to maintain excellent control with medicines for about 6 months and kept surgery as the last option. On my call to not postpone the surgery any further, we went with the permanent solution. The surgery was done successfully. Post surgery the doctor as well as his team has shown great care and superb knowledge of the situation. Also, if you find a good Ayurvedic doctor, it is better than any doctor in Allopathy.

I came from Los Angeles just to get treated by him because I read amazing success stories about him in Practo and other sites. I had fistula problem from February 2023 and was in a lot of pain.
