my father was tested positive for covid in August of this year. we initially had apprehensions that the result was false positive and so did not heed to doctor Vivek's insightful observations and were (unknowingly) dismissive believing that it was a simple case of bronchitis that occurs every year - therefore delayed the 2nd CT scan by about 4 days. but when my father's condition only got worse, we relented and found to our dismay that the virus had severely infected his lungs...however, dr Vivek took our ignorance in his stride without any complaints and earnestly began the remdesivir and accompanying treatments....within about a week to 10 days, we were pleasantly surprised to notice my the infection nosedive.... thereafter, additional tests were done systematically to diagnose or treat any progression.... fungal infection was observed and treatment period was thereby extended by another 7 days.overall, Dr Vivek has clear understanding of the patient's condition and diligently changes the medication based on the response without wasting precious time. he also works in very close coordination with the cardiologist and chief of medical staff.... as a team, we found all of them to be invaluable in driving towards the best outcome.its nearly 2 months since discharge, Dr Vivek has provided us excellent ongoing support - I vouch for his commitment and unhesitatingly recommend him. my father has now returned to normal routine and we are finding it hard to believe this v-shaped recovery.grateful to Dr Vivek, Dr Manjunath, Dr Sai as also my sister for their strenuous and wholehearted efforts.
