Dr. Subathra is a highly experienced Obstetrician, Gynaecologist, and Consultant in Fetal Medicine with over 18 years of clinical expertise in comprehensive women’s healthcare and pregnancy management. Her practice is grounded in strong academic training, advanced subspecialty expertise, and a commitment to evidence-based, ethical care.She completed her MBBS at Tirunelveli Medical College, Tamil Nadu, followed by MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Stanley Medical College, Chennai, one of Tamil Nadu’s most prestigious government medical institutions, renowned for its academic rigour and high-volume clinical exposure. She further pursued a two-year Fellowship in Fetal Medicine at Bangalore Fetal Medicine Center, accredited by the Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF), UK. She is additionally trained in Basic and Advanced Fetal echocardiography, enabling detailed assessment of fetal cardiac anatomy and function.She currently practices at Kinder Women’s Hospital and Fertility Center Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, where she integrates advanced fetal imaging and obstetric care with a patient-centred philosophy, supporting women through every critical phase of pregnancy and reproductive health.
