One and half month back , when I came to meet Dr.Sneha and Dr. Abbey for the first time, I was not able tyo walk for more than 10 minutes. That too used to very tiring as I had multiple issues related to spine, leg and knee. My leg muscles were extremely weak and were not supporting me even while standing . I used to get exhausted, feel feverish due to fatigue within an hour of getting up on the morning .
more..I have had lower back ache issues for 2-3 years now. And I'm all but 27yo. This bothered me. Sneha at Insync has helped me understand the reasons, develop bodily awareness, and attacks the problem with the most relevant exercise regimen.

Dr. Sneha is an absolutely brilliant physiotherapist. She has immense subject knowledge. She is patient, understands and diagnoses the problem accurately and provides treatment options accordingly. She is also a very positive person always encouraging you to do better. I have been to many physiotherapists but none as good as Sneha.
