The first time I visited doctor, I had a dissociative episode at the end and she extended the session to ensure I was okay. She is very empathetic and accommodating to my personal needs and requirements. She let me dictate the pace of the session and never forced any process or system on me. There were many times where I had an anxiety episode during the session, Doc managed it very well and taught me very many coping skills when it happens. The most important gain from taking sessions with her is that she helped me face my anxiety and negative cognition in a format that suited me.
