I went for counselling in 2019 March as I could feel that i was going through a phase of depression.
Yes, she is warm and asked me to open up but that actually did not help me. See I would open up to my friends also and I wouldnt have to even pay for it.
In october end my father could sense the difference in me and he took me to a doctor and was diagonized with Clynical Depression.
Psycology is a very sensitive subject and request them to give the right guidance. As at that point if correct help was not given by the doctor we can face consequences.
