When I inquired about how this treatment would improve my dental health over time, the response was that the procedure serves only to maintain the current state rather than facilitate improvement. A more detailed explanation of how "maintenance" fits into a long-term health strategy would have helped set better expectations.

Administrative Follow-through: Despite repeated requests, I have yet to receive the formal paperwork or dental records pertaining to my surgery. Having these records is essential for my personal medical history and future dental planning, and the delay in receiving them has been a point of frustration.

Overall Summary The doctor is a skilled and compassionate clinician who provides a comfortable surgical environment and excellent immediate post-operative accessibility. However, patients looking for detailed long-term health projections or prompt delivery of medical records may find the administrative side of the experience lacking.
