Our Gynecology consultant asked us to do a last term scan. Usually we do the scan with Dr. Reshma Krishnan * **** ******** *** ************ ******* Unfortunately, we couldn't get her appointment that day as she was on leave and we had to do the scan on a priority basis, hence we took appointment with Dr. Sahina Anjum, that was a deeply regretting decision which we took.
Firstly, our appointment time was 4pm but she made my wife wait who is 38 weeks pregnant to wait for 2 hours, where she entertained her regular patients who has taken appointments later.
In between scanning the patients, she had a cake cutting celebration with a lot of noise inside the scanning room. It was shocking to us. I have never seen such an unprofessional behaviour from a doctor ever. More ever, such an event happening at Manipal hospitals, Whitefield is shocking and highly disappointing. She had the cake cutting celebration for more than 30mins keeping the patients with appointment waiting outside.
Finally, she took us in after 2 hours and then she was behaving very unprofessionally while scanning and she was having some random personal chat with the colleague who takes the reading *** ***** **** ********* ***** ********* ** **** *** ************ **** *** ***** *********
She didn't tell us anything about the report and she didn't inform us when should we meet our gynec. ** ***** ** *** **** ** **** * *** ** ******* ****** **** ********* *** *** ***** **** ****
