My Father, Mr. Bidhyadhar with UHID : UHID-00310240 went through Radical Esophagectomy surgery on August 8, 2017. We were informed that operation has nothing to do with patient voice. Its been almost a month since the operation and my father is still unable to speak in proper Voice.
My Parents are not being provided with proper explanation for this , also they were not given any assurance and time frame about diagnosing this.
This seems to be completely un-professional behavior from surgeon's end.
If Practo feedback is of any Value, then i would recommend Surgeon (Dr Rohit Nayyar) to take this with utmost priority .
