I met Dr Ramya at BGS hospital when mom had her finger cut off while closing the car door on a trip in mangalore the emergency doctor has just done the stitches and send her back to bangalore that's when we were referred to BGS hospital and Dr Ramya was cosmetic surgeon, she took so good care and attention on my mom's wound and suggested for a surgery which was done brilliantly and my mom's finger healed wonderfully without any major scar. 25 October 2020, Sunday morning about 7.30am my mum Mrs T Rajalakshmi(83 yrs) cut her middle and ring finger with tips hanging out by mixie. who carried out the surgery and after successfully rejoining cut parts of my mother's finger after removing nails my mother was out by 2.30. by god's grace all is well. While we have heard of neglect in many hospitals, here was one hospital which on a holiday accepted my mother, first aid and both fingers saved and sutured after micro vascular surgery. My mother was Discharged on Monday,26th October 2020 reviewed on Wednesday 28 October and found that the circulation had resumed in fingers next review was on Monday 02 November, then 6th November. Sutures removed on 10 Nov 2020. Throughout Dr Ramya was present for the reviews and encouraged my mother in her path to recovery. One of the most humane and friendly doctors. She is more of a family to us, a god who saved my mother's fingers. Hats off to you Madam.

On 27/2/2023 my thumb was cutoff while cleaning my motorcycle chain . I was rushed to the hospital , Ramya ma’am was assigned as my surgeon. I underwent a thumb surgery where revascularistarion of amputated thumb was done.

Dr Ramya did an excellent and very thankful job when my son Chirag got hurt. My son leg heal was cut-off badly (2 inch by 1.5 inch) and lost baout 1 bottle blood. Dr Ramya attended to situation very swiftly, instructed the medical support system on all the required immediate treatments and arrange to do plastic surgery. She explained us all possibilities and what she plan to do to take ensure optimal success. She did the surgery within one hour so well and discharge my son in a day. I was hospitalized for accident injury. CT investigation was done by Dr. Ramya and advised for maxillofacial surgery and collagen application on abrasions on face, hands and legs. I have recovered well post surgery.

Dr. Ramya is truly exceptional and beyond amazing. She is compassionate and took a great care in my daughter’s treatment. My daughter has accidentally toppled the hot water on her body while steaming and got injured.
