I’ve been seeing Trisha for the past 4–5 years, and I’m incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I’ve received. She has consistently created a safe, non-judgmental space where I’ve felt truly heard and understood. Over time, she’s helped me grow in ways that feel deep and lasting, not just temporary fixes. I started seeing Ms. Trisha Ray almost three years ago during one of the most difficult phases of my life, struggling with repeated panic attacks and severe anxiety. Her warm, empathetic, and insightful approach immediately made me feel seen and understood. Through our sessions, I also finally received a diagnosis for fibromyalgia, something that had gone undiagnosed for over 15 years despite countless attempts to seek help.

I really appreciate how she listens without judgement. Whenever I have talked about my negative feelings for example feeling like a failure as compared to others she did not rush to fix it. She genuinely helped me sit with that feeling. That made me feel safe. She gives small actionable steps which will help a lot in long run.

I was specifically looking for a kind but qualified and capable therapist when I found Trisha. She’s good at what she does and her approach makes it easy for you to trust her on what maybe a painfully vulnerable experience. I feel like she’s been able to easily decode my life and make it better by helping me see things better. By helping me with tools I don’t know could work. Until they did. The fact that she can be both kind and honest and generous in a beautiful way without compromising on her professional expertise has helped me quite a lot. Truly grateful for our relationship.
