Meeta Ma’am has been an absolutely amazing doctor and, without a doubt, one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy journey.

From the very beginning, she was extremely clear about the challenges, what needed to be followed, and what we needed to be mindful of. Her guidance was always straightforward and practical — she never beat around the bush and always got straight to the point. We simply followed her advice, and my entire pregnancy journey was incredibly smooth.

What I especially appreciated was how proactive she was. Like every other pregnant woman, I was sometimes frustrated with the long waiting hours. I questioned every test, every consultation, and wondered if some of it was more than necessary. But appointment after appointment, test after test, I slowly built my trust.

What started as a low-risk pregnancy became high-risk after the sixth month, and eventually I had to deliver my baby in the eighth month. It was an unexpected and challenging journey for us, but I’m truly grateful to have had Dr. Meeta guiding us throughout.

One area where I feel the hospital can significantly improve is appointment scheduling and waiting time. Despite taking an appointment for a specific time slot, the scheduled time rarely worked in practice, and on several occasions we ended up waiting for almost the entire day to meet the doctor. This was particularly difficult during pregnancy, when prolonged waiting can be physically and mentally exhausting. I completely understand that medical emergencies and complicated cases can sometimes cause delays, but I feel the hospital could do much better with appointment management, communication about delays, and giving patients a more realistic expected waiting time.

Overall, I have immense respect and gratitude for Dr. Meeta and the care she provided. My feedback regarding the waiting time is specifically about the hospital’s appointment and patient-management system, which I hope can be improved for a better experience for patients and their families.
