Dr. Gurdeep Kaur Chauhan

Consultant Prosthodontist with more than 21 years of combined experience across general dentistry and prosthodontic treatment of patients in Africa and India. Have experience in running dental practice at large hosptials such as Fortis and Narayana hospital in Bangalore. Was also responsible for handling administrative affairs at the dental department of a government hospital in Kenya during the first 6 years of my career. Work experience also includes public health related activities such as volunteering for Operation Smile and organization of free dental camps in Africa as the Secretary of Kenya Dental Association. In addition to MDS and BDS degrees, also have a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Management from Indian Institute of Public Health (IIPH - New Delhi) and a Post Graduate Certificate in Hospital Administration from National Institute of Health and Family Welfare (NIHFW - New Delhi). Currently working as teaching faculty at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) and runs her own multi speciality dental practice - Hyrax Dental Clinic located in HSR Layout.
