With a desk job, weighing 87 kgs and not much physically activity in last few months I thought of giving my body a much needed software upgrade :). One of my friend recommended Panchkarma for body detoxification and that’s how I ended up in KEVA centre in Whitefield. I was adviced to go for the knee transplant but I wanted to go for ayurvedic treatment. so I happened to know about keva ayurveda where the daughter of my friend works as a doctor, her name is Dt. Geetika Thakur. She saw my problem and the the treatment started which went for 6 days. It was done in multiple steps. She ensured that treatment was functioning smoothly and therapist Saraswati was very professional and effective. i got lot of relief. My gait got improved. I had my eye surgery so i had to keep the treatment short. if my surgery was not scheduled I would have taken the therapy for longer and for my other problems too.

Earlier I was walking with swollen legs slowly but during the treatment it got settled and I now my gait is better and no swelling on my ankles. I can walk properly at good pace. I thank the doctor and wish her all the best.

I have been continuously taking treatment from Dr Geetika for my leg pain.
