As 2025 nears its end I count the therapy sessions with Dr Geetika Goyal under my gratitude list. After having tried a couple of other therapists in the past I came across her profile and was instantly impressed with her extensive and holistically authentic background. My choice in her at the first session didn’t disappoint me and since then there was never a turning back moment to ever hunt for another therapist. She worked with me without any woo hoos or false or exaggerated promises and beautifully steered me in the right direction. She worked with me to healthily see through the issues in my life and develop an understanding of my own self and the concepts of boundaries and self care and self compassion. She restored my faith in seeking the importance of professional therapy in life’s difficult moments and my only regret is not having found her earlier. It is never too late to start, I cannot emphasise enough her expertise which combined with clinical medical experience renders her unmatched in this field. I truly would recommend her for anyone grappling with life.
