I recently consulted Doctor Gautham for grade 2 haemorroid and fissure related consultation at Sai Multi-speciality Clinic near Arekere, Bangalore. Since Sir had earlier operated and fully treated my Mother-in-law for Hernia, he was well known to my husband who recommended that I consult him first as he also treats piles, fissures and other related ailments.My problem had been recurring for past 4years and at times got painful impacting work and daily activities. I had been following conservative treatment on my own everytime the problem occurred but was to no avail and just a temporary fix for few days/ weeks adding on to my frustration.Post diagnosis by Dr Gautham, he suggested that I get a laser Fissurectomy and hemorrhoidopexy done to get rid of the problem in the long run as it was already in grade 2 and with time it would only aggravate and complicate the situation. I was a bit hesitant initially to give in immediately for surgery at once but what he suggested not only made sense but somehow I could also sense a genuine care for his patient. He is very calm, composed, highly ************** caring and extremely humble. Appreciate his quick responsiveness over chat, calls, etc.. he is reachable and always available for his patients no matter how busy he is. A very rare quality of professionalism mixed with a personal touch. These are a few qualities that every anxious patient (like me) would like to see in a doctor treating him/her. I was lucky to have met him without much effort or research. He has honestly answered all my queries well (I must have frustrated him at times with multiple ifs and buts which came out of mere anxiety) but he is a true gentleman and has handled every situation with utmost calm.Honestly, there was no need for me to write this long review as there are already so many feedbacks from his previous patients that attests to his superior skillsets and excellent services. I got my surgery done at Rainbow Hospital Bannerghatta a day before and here I am writing this review as I really wanted to express my sincere gratitude for his kind services.I feel much better now and happy that I got rid of a long standing problem and mental blockage.If you have consulted Dr Gautham, then there is no need for you to look back or hopelessly goose hunt for another doctor. I have been suffering from Acute Pancreatitis for past 8 years and on and off I was getting admitted to various reputed hospitals and nursing homes for this.

I I had to undergo immediate surgery and had absolutely no money to pay for it. I asked for discount and no one was willing to give me a healthy discount. I was in so much pain. The exact amount of discount I was asking every hospital staff around me for was INR 1,000. Only Dr. Gautham helped me out. I had an abscess removal. And it was my first time I am having any surgery. They was absolutely little to zero pain. I did not feel any pain after the surgery. In 24 hours time now I can walk very well. Absolutely no problem. Just amazing experience. He asked me about my profession when doing the surgery, made me feel at ease. We need more doctors like him. I felt so safe in his hands.

Dr. Gautham S L is very kind and friendly, making you feel comfortable during the procedure. I had an infected sebaceous cyst treated by him, and he performed the procedure smoothly just like two years ago. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend him.
