Counselling in India is still an hush hush issue. When I did go for it I hid it from everyone my friends my family. But today I am very open about it and I feel everyone dealing with life needs a professional councilors help in one form or other. Garima was really very professional , very kind, and has some unique ways to reach to bottom of every problem and suggesting solutions. I would recommend her strongly. I have already asked few friends to meet her theyhave already started baby steps towards new improved life by going to their first session

This was my first time seeing a therapist and it could not have been better. I found Garima to be really friendly, yet very professional. I liked her approach of getting to the root causes of my anxiety problems. The insights she helped me draw and the suggestions she had about dealing with my anxiety make my life easier and I believe they will continue to do so. I strongly recommend her.
