Post retirement, I volunteered into many social organisations through MyGovt, eSampark, Onde Bharat, Covid, Thinktank etc which resulted in intensive travel and ' meal skips' .Of late, at 73, I had severe stomach ache, high bilirubin in urine and yellow eyes.
