I visited Zealth Hoodi centre who explained me my body composition. I felt awful about my visceral fat, she explained me how increased visceral fat is predisposing me to high cholesterol in the body. She counselled me on what i need to do to reduce my body cholesterol and diet management associated with it. It was a very informative counselling. I felt overall good about the approach and reduced 6 kgs in the first month of package itself, what I feel good about this program is the natural food based program, right now I feel much more confident and better. I have totally lost 16kgs in the last 3 months with Zealth and I would like to thank Vaishnavi for this.
