I booked appointment with Dr Thirumalesh for 12.30 p.m . I was having severe sharp pain at my lower back. I paid 600/- rs. consultation.. As I could not sit and wait asked them to provide a place to lay down. I was taken in wheel chair and put me on a bed around 12.30 p.m . I was told the Dr will come in some time as he was busy. I was sleeping in room with severe pain and could not talk or get up from bed where I was alone in the room. untill 2.10 p.m no one came to room. as my pain was increasing sharply , in desperate situation I had to throw a near by empty plastic bottle to get attention of some one. Then came few people. finally I was told attended by a junior doctor at 2.20 p.m. it's bad experience of my life . later he was not even apologetic about the whole issue he saw me. not even spoke to me appropriately.
