She's very friendly to us never treated as patient. For any problems if we call she will respond immediately and no particular time for making calls. If any health issues while phone call only she will suggest medicine in case to change again and very serious issues then only she suggests to visit otherwise no need to visit again and again. Very nicely she will explain with patient. Never getting angry on patients quiry while very calmly she will respond. I m very great full have such a nice doctor in my pregnancy.
Initially even I had a fear how will i be comfortable with her, Becoz it was my 1st pregnancy. Then next everything mam made it very simple with her suggestions, the way she explains everything in such a manner like a sister it was tremendous. What ever she says if we follow blindly then u will be completely alright. Even now she will be in touch with me. Mam s very committed to her work more than patient she treats them as their family. Thanku for the beautiful gift I had ever imagined which is in my lap right now.
I had to visit her for my wife as she was pregnant..Dr sushma is empathetic towards her patients and Her medical expertise and knowledge is much appreciated.
