Dr. Sushma D'Souza

I, like a lot of others am terrified of Dentists. The sound of the drill coupled with a long history with dental problems have compounded my fear over the years.

Dr. Sushma, was extremely gentle yet thorough during the check up, identifying 2 cavities (thankfully in the early stages.) We got these filled up quickly after which I also requested for a cleanup.

Her charges were extremely reasonable, the clinic was spotless and comfortable and most importantly was neither pushy nor hurried in the tasks at hand.

Overall, highly recommended. I can't think of going to anyone else.

Personally My Favourite Doctor

I had visited the clinic for scaling for which I was very much satisfied after the treatment was done , she had so much patience to clean my very dirty looking teeth , and she also explained me very well about the problem and also maintenance of the teeth post treatment , she also suggested me to get a tooth jewel on one of my tooth, once the scaling was done , which was really very beautiful and I truly loved it once it was placed , and not to forget to mention about the clinic, very well maintained and hygienic clinic which I personally loved , any of you reading this feedback I would highly recommend you to visit this place without a second thought for any of you're dental problems .

The doctor is very caring and friendly to her patients. I'm highly satisfied with the treatment. I have already started recommending the Smile Studio to my friends. Next time, I will definetely consult Dr. Sushma D'Souza regarding of my dental health. My husband is also happy with his consultation.

The experience was quite different from my previous visit to he dentist way back in 2008 in Mumbai. Putting me at ease, stating the prognosis, the diagnosis, the course of treatment she planned and the way the treatment was carried out were very professional and the equipment really superb.

One of the most unworthy experiences to a dentist

In severe pain, i went to her and she informed to come next when she will call a surgeon to conduct the tooth surgery. I gave her my entire medical history well in advance and fixed the appointment next day. She categorically told to come 15 min earlier so that she can prepare me for surgery before the actual surgeon arrives

I reached exactly 15 min before my appointed time and to my surprise she was not there.

She comes at exactly the surgery time and surgeon is still not there

And all tis while i am suffering from severe tooth ache

Surgeon came 15 minutes late from my appointed time

I am called in and within 2 min i am informed by the surgeon that surgery can not happen immedietely because of my medical history and has to be postponed for another 5 days

When I asked the surgeon werent you informed by Dr. Sushma about my medical history the previous day when the appointment was booked, he refused outrightly and Dr. Sushma apologised for forgetting about it

This was the unworthy ****** experience of my life and would never recommend her to anyone *** ***** ****** *********** ********** ** ** **** ** ***** *****

I do not recommend the dentist to anyone. I was in severe pain and pregnant, before coming I had informed the doctor about the situation in detail. but the doctor asked me to visit for check-up.

I reached there in 30 mins but after reaching there I filled a form with my details and doctor saw my tooth issue. Only thing she told me was "I will check with my senior what can be done for your case as your pregnant" Thats it and asked me to pay 500/- consultation fee. *** ********** *** ********* ** ******** *** * *** *** *** *** ***** **********

Also, she told the tooth which was causing pain is the RCT one and she can break the crown which may not completely reduce my pain.

Luckily, I didn't say yes for that and left the clinic after paying. Then I met another senior dentist *** *** ***** *** ********** *** ***** *** *** **** **** ***** *** **** *** **** *** ** ********** *** ******** ** *** ***** ** ********* ** *** ******* ***** **** ****** ** ********* *** ****** *** *********.

Dr Sushma is a very confident and compassionate doctor. She was very efficient. She consistently put effort to understand how I was feeling throughout the treatment.I definitely saw her enjoying the work that she is involved in.She is a fantastic human being.I absolutely recommend Dr Sushma to take care of your dental issues.Peace Be Yours!!

doctor was v expensive. ******** ********** ************she also wants the patient to pay for the covid 19 covering which doctors are wearing..every RCT sitting 1000rs for tht covering...I wonder why? one RCT 5500 and she also suggested for one teeth RCT ***** *** ** ******************* ******* *** *****

i had visited for a root canal. the doctor explained the issues with my tooth and the procedure. she did not rush through the process and was very calm and comforting. overall a very good and a completely painless experience during and after the root canal.

The doctor is amazing. She explains the issue very nicely. And she is very gentle during the treatment, I got my Root cantal treatment done there, it was totally painless and quick, I went back for my crown and she did a fantastic job. I totally recommend her. She is too good.
