Dr Suresh and his fiefdom at JIVAS, which is the foot clinic at BMJH, seem to think that they are above things like thorough investigations, bedside manners, and educated responses to patients' concerns.
My father was admitted here for what was termed a 'leg attack'. Things went smoothly in the beginning, with the angioplasty and the wound debridement going well, but then slipped soon after. The foot clinic's care of my father's wound lacked planning, to say the least, and the skin graft surgery dates were recommended based on which side of the bed the consultant got up from.
Needless to say, the graft was performed despite presence of infection and was rejected, costing us over Rs 60,000 in hospital and surgery costs. We had been told that there was a 20% chance of rejection, but the way this was handled was appalling. No remorse, no corrective measures- repeat same process ad nauseum. When asked what could be done, he said "clean India until all infections are eliminated."
I wouldn't recommend JIVAS to anyone.

First of all we came in at 11am to consult doctor. Before that we had to get the right leg scanned as suggested by one of the doctors previously. Around 2:30pm the scan was done and we got the reports around 3pm. When we went to vascular surgeon, the doctor who was there did not understand the issue and he had to call Dr.Suresh. Dr.Suresh came in and checked the right leg and informed us to get the CT scan done and he also asked us to get previous MRI reports which we were never informed when we had consulted the doctor at February 2018. ** ******** ** *** *** **** **** ****** *** *** ***** *** **** ********* ** *** "why was it not informed to the patient to get previous reports so that they could compare the report of today's?". But the doctor could not answer my questions instead he said I was being sarcastic and impatient and also threw the reports and left.
We came from hoskote which is 30-35kms away and we never get proper response from the doctors.
Is this how you treat your patients?
Being a doctor should I have patience or the doctor himself?
I need an answer.
I recommend by Dr Arun Narayan to Dr Surreh on 4th January 17 but he did attached to me and other attenders Vaibjav has oder to take my blood sample without recommended & consulted by Dr & While asking by my wife he behave rudely and instead to admit in hospital but requested for second day and came back bus we wanted to consult with Dr Suresh second day again we visited again to BMJS but same Dr Sure she no Attended to me and informed by other Dr that I don't have any vascular problem even though junior Dr were forcing us to get admit in hospital without knowing the reason then we return Ed back from hospital

We were specifically referred to the senior doctor but he doesn’t see patients and the other doctor consulted in a hurry which was barely 30 seconds. It was as if they were in a rush to finish appointments and move on. When I insisted, the senior doctor Mr Suresh came out to see us and was very rude. There was no proper explanation/conversation. We also had to wait for hours for the scan. Overall a bad experience after traveling quite a distance to the hospital and spending half a day there.

The junior doctor was rushing on things and did not allow us to meet doctor Suresh as she wanted to finish things fast and did not want the doctor to spend time on us. It was really depressing. Doctor came to see us when we were leaving and met for 1 min as he looked like he had no interest in talking to us.
The above doctor was not keeping his ethic.
He didn't see my test reports and worded that my problem is lifelong and not curable at all !! The never prescribed any medicine for me.
Don't visit Dr.Suresh K R. If so you are wasting your money and your peace of mind too.

Doctor doesn't see the patient, asks assistant yo see. Isn't friendly with patients, doesn't give details about problem. NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SOLUTION. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
