He then went on to complete his Fellowship in Respiratory and Critical Care medicine from the world-renowned National University Hospital (NUH), Singapore.He holds the distinction of being the first international fellow in respiratory and critical care medicine from NUH, Singapore. He has a Fellowship in Respiratory Endoscopy from the National Cancer Center, Japan, one of the premier institutes of advanced cancer management and research. He trained in CT mapping, convex EBUS, radial EBUS, autofluorescence, photodynamic therapy,early diagnosis of lung cancer, electromagnetic navigation, and other advanced diagnostics and therapeutic airway and pleural interventions.He also received a MABIP accredited Fellowship in advanced interventions like rigid bronchoscopy, complex central airway pathologies, cryotherapy, and laser and endobronchial valves during his stint at Serdang Hospital, Malaysia.

First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Shrivatsa Lokeshwaran. During the first week of August 2025, I was suffering from a severe lung ailment and was experiencing extreme difficulty in breathing. After staying in Raipur for approximately 15 days, I consulted various doctors and visited multiple hospitals; I spent around 50,000 to 60,000 rupees on various diagnostic tests, yet no one was able to identify my condition. Some even suggested the possibility of lung cancer. Eventually, an acquaintance of mine advised me to schedule an appointment with Dr. Lokeshwaran. I immediately booked an appointment and traveled to Bangalore; at that time, Dr. Lokeshwaran was practicing at Aster Hospital. After conducting a series of diagnostic tests, he initiated my treatment, and following two months of medication, I experienced complete relief. As a precautionary measure, he advised me to continue taking the medication for an additional four months; I took my final dose during the last week of February, and I now feel completely healthy. I no longer suffer from any form of lung-related ailment.

My Father has been suffering with Chronic Bronchitis and Seasonal Asthma because of the weather for the past 4-5 yrs. even after consulting at multiple hospitals it was not cured. Dr. Sri, spent good time in understanding the situation, and understood the past issues. after doing the proper tests he suggested medication and gave us confidence that it will be cured in a month's time. He was very soft spoken and explained each medical term in common man's language for easy understanding. After a month's timer during the revisit he checked the report and it was all good. He even suggested cutting the medicine and asked to follow a healthy daily schedule to get back to normal life. We thank him for taking care of my Dad in the best way possible.

My mother had cough since 3 weeks.We had visited him at Aster CMI hospital.He immediately did the needful and the CT scan showed a lung mass.He proceeded with a bronchoscopy and biopsy came as malignant.Sincr it was early stage she was operated and now she absolutely fine.We really respect him.He is a good pulmonologist.

I have visited Medentzz for getting instant relief from sever cough that was making me breathless. Doctor has just performed a BP check-up and asked us to get admitted in Emergency ward of Aster CMI hospital. No medicine was prescribed . We just paid Consultation fee and returned home . I was really unhappy as we dint get any resolution for our problem.
Good humble and easy to communicate. Since there was no issue in X-ray Report I carried with me, he asked for CT SCAN of chest and since ANA blood test was negative in my earlier report, he had recommended for ANA profile and Angiotensin Converting Enzyme blood tests, but all reports are negative.
However, Radiology in Aster is not recommended as staff had a very casual approach and system instructions were not clear.
