Had taken my wife for a scan and the doctor snapped at us and behaved rudely and was disrespectful just because she was unwell and it was her lunch time. We understand doctors are humans, we would have waited patiently till she finished lunch if she would have mentioned it with some courtesy. Have placed a complaint with their care managers. A wonderful hospital to visit but definitely will never visit Dr. Shobha H S again and would never recommend Apollo Cradle for any scans under Dr. Shobha.
