I delivered a low birth weight baby and he was in Milan hospital Nicu unit (Ovum Hospital) for 15 days where I met Dr. Shalini. Entire Nicu unit took care of my baby very well with able guidance of Dr. Shalini. After discharge we are consulting her regularly for regular check ups and vaccination.

She is very friendly, calm, approachable and a patient listener. She spends enough time with the baby to understand the problem and prescribes medicines. Also she is reachable over phone anytime on emergency.

Consulted@Promed Hospital reg ADHD in 4.8yr 'F' child. Consult Fees Rs1250 and was adviced to go to Synapse institute for assesment therapies (behaviour/speech/physio) I didnt get any new info from consultation beyond what you get in web etc. but fees charged is 2.5x for ADHD category. Fantastic first time experience,Dr.Shaline is very professional, polite, positive and down to Earth person, makes you feel at home, very friendly.explained everything about my baby condition and answered all questions that I had. We had been consulting with the doctor from birth till 5 months. She is someone who believes I’m not giving unnecessary medications to the baby which is good. But she isn’t very friendly. It’s very difficult for new parents to ask her questions. She is rude at times. She is undoubtedly a good doctor but a little more patience and friendliness would help. That’s the reason I changed the pead for my baby.
