It reduces stress and keep my body very flexible, It is very relaxing as every class starts with cardio exercise or stretches and ends in breathing exercise. Doing it as a group and having a dedicated time for fitness helps me a lot. Shanaz's command over the class, from the way she delivers the cue to her attention, observation and correction of individuals posters is very commendable.

I was overweight weighing 66 kg and Due to this ihad pain in heels when walking for long distance or when walking after sitting for long time. I joined breathe to lose weight. Shahnaz guided me to see dietician along with exercise. And I lost 4 kg within 3 months.slowly my heel pain has completely gone and also lose some inches. Thanks Shahnaz for ur guidance.
