Mother's tumor to endometrial cancer

Sir, my mother has tumor in the uterus and doctors say that it is cancer. The doctor prescribed to first dry the wound in a span of 6 weeks and then if necessary, they would operate. Sir is it correct to not do surgery instead? She is 42 years old.

Right sided anterior mediastinal mass

Dear Doctor, I am 62 years old, k/c/o-Hypertension. My son took me for a regular health check-up during which opacity was seen in right lower zone in chest x-ray, and a CT thorax with contrast was performed. which showed a well-defined lobulated mass lesion(6.6x5.3x6.5cm) in the anterior mediastinum on right side involving the prevascular space. I would like to share with you, my CT thorax images for your second opinion to rule out if it is a lymph node mass or Thymoma or thymic carcinoma or any other possibilities, however I am asymptomatic. Kindly give me your opinion and treatment options. Lump in the left breast

Hi, recently an excision biopsy surgery has been done to my mother in which they removed that lump and send for test. In that test report they concluded that lump as "invasive duct carcinoma with an extensive insitu duct carcinoma component". And also they mentioned " resection margins are free of tumour and closest resection margin is 5mm away from tumour" in microscopy section. And they suggested "clinicoradiological and surgical correlation". So i want to know the present cancer stage, whether it is dangerous and treatment process. Also want to know how much safe those radiation and chemotherapy as i heard about side effects of those and whether she can tolerate to those process at this age? Is it good to use ayurvedic medicine along with chemotherapy and radiation? What are the chances of complete cure for this disease at this stage and what is the procedure? Please help us in clarifying above issues and suggest us best treatment process. Thanks

We visite I visited this doctor based on the recommendations on practo. My mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and had to undergo the 2nd operation which is omentectomy with lymph node dissection. We visited Dr Sandeep Nayak for a second opinion. But we decided to get the surgery done for my mother by him as we were totally impressed with the way he spoke and explained. Overall a great doctor with huge amount of patience. He answered all my queries with so much patience. On day 1 at his clinic, he sat with us for 1 full hour to explain us the problem. Helped me understand what the problem was and why the treatment/surgery was being given/had to be done for my mother. As per doctor's recommendation, my mother underwent surgery at ramakrishna hospital. He is a doctor who is really passionate about solving the problem rather than the one who is behind money. Even the follow up checkup , we were not charged. This shows that he is so genuine, compassionate and caring.

We need doctors like Dr. Sandeep Nayak.

Overall, hugely satisfied with the treatment given by Sandeep Sir and now my mother has completed the staging surgery and is now under observation.
