We have been visiting Doctor RaviKiran for last 4 years. For :

1. OPD Consultations : Fever, Hand Foot Mouth Disease etc

2. Emergency Care/ Critical care : Febrile seizure

3. Vaccinations

I highly recommend Dr Ravi Kiran to everyone. Reasons :

1. Doctor gives enough time to understand the symptoms from parents, does a thorough analysis with his tools(Stethoscope, checking throat etc), and provides appropriate and enough details on his diagnosis.

He really adds info on the disease, diet, do's and dont's and answers any further queries very graciously.

No wonder sometimes there is waiting time, but its worth it.

2. doctor avoids anti-biotic as much as possible, unless his diagnosis says some bacterial infection.

3. As a pediatric for new born/infant, Doctor had always pre-informed us on the upcoming activities of child and how to ensure/take care off. What is most important and what can be ignored.

4. Doctor tries to create a friendly relation with child, so that his check-up gets easier. Our 4 year old did not cry at all during vaccination, and did not move his leg a bit(although we were expecting and were holding his leg)

5. Our child had high fever and got rashes Saturday Late night/Sunday morning. Being Sunday Dr Ravi Kiran was not visiting OPD in his clinic or in Sakra. I was immensely surprised/glad to see his response, and he went out of his way to diagnose our child on Sunday by 11 am. Not an expectation to be formed for future, because everyone needs personal time, but reflects the passion Doctor has to treat his patients.

So, definitely a recommend.

My daughter is now 4.5 years old and I started consulting with Dr. Ravikiran S for her health issues since she was 4 months old. I have consulted with dr. Ravikiran for a wide variety of issues e.g. vaccination, cold, fever, stomach pain, skin rashes etc. over the years. This time I went for my daughter's fever which was there for almost 40 hours. He listened to the issues, suggested ******* medicines (that my daughter is taking since last couple of years as per his advice) and some lab tests (only if fever persists). Now my daughter is fine. What I like about Dr. Ravikiran is the interactions we usually have when we visit him for consultation. He always starts with the current issue that we have (e.g. fever) followed by possibly related issues (e.g. cold, cough, sneezing, running nose, loose motion, vomiting, eye infection etc.). Then he checks with us on how the baby is doing (e.g. how active she is, how is her food intake pattern etc.) as per her age range. Then he suggests us medicines or lab tests but again he always let us know when it is really required. My daughter has always recovered within 2 days of consultation with him. I would like to thank him for the service provided to us and would strongly advise anyone out here to consult with him if your kid is sick.

Visited Dr as my daughter was crying continuously for 2 hours saying hand pain. Immediately he asked us to come to clinic though it was 10 pm . We were devastated as she was only 2.5 years old and crying continuously. He immediately diagonosed as pulled elbow and corrected in few seconds. She was crying initially and within few minutes she was back to normal and started playing. What a relief as a parent .. I thank Dr for prompt diagnosis and treatment. Thanks a lot dear Doctor. I am extremely happy with the consultation and the way he handles the kid.. He knows what he is doing and hence we can be free of all the worries about our kids health.. The only area of improvement would be the time management as the minimum wait time is 2 hrs which is tough with kids in the late evenings.. The doctor could also check reports over WhatsApp and answer small queries/doubts via SMS/calls thus avoiding direct visits for the same which could be a win-win situation for him as well as for us...

Every Saturday at Sakra, doctor is running late by 90-120 mins.

On 15-Jun, I had to wait for more than 90 mins to consult for my kid

On 20-Jul, the appointment was cancelled abruptly.

On 27-Jul, the doctor was running late by 8 patients at my time (2 hrs appx wait time) as he came late to hospital

Unless he improves his punctuality (combined with lacklustre attitude of Sakra staff), will not recommend him to anyone Respecting other's time is * ***** ********** expected in a profession Few words about Sakra staff: only want as many registrations as possible ** ***** not bothered about waiting patients or giving timely information to patients of doctor getting late.

I have rarely experienced doctors answering all your questions with patience and without getting annoyed. Dr. Ravi is a rare doctor who answered each and every query of ours with lot of kindness. He never hurries up while talking to his patients irrespective of the crowd at his clinic. When it comes to the well being of my child he is the only doctor I can think of.

Doctor patiently tries to understand what is going on with the child and ask relevant questions to uncover more. He takes time to chk the child and does not hurry up the process. I am seeing this doc for years for my children and he is the same grounded from the time he started .He diagnosis well and gas current knowledge .

Doctor is amazing..... Very friendly ... Expalined the symptoms in detail.. what should be done not to occur again.. if it occurs what precautions you need to take..... Only issue is waiting time... But it's ohk...I would suggest call the clinic and visit the clinic.... Overall I am satiesfied.

Very experienced doctor who reminds me of the family doctors we used to have. My kid likes to go to him, which by itself says a lot.

He is minimal with medicines and detailed in his explanation. You have to wait at his chamber but it's only because he is giving some patient quality time, which isn't a very bad thing.

Visited Dr Ravikanth to show my daughter who has been complaining about stomach ache. dr listened to our problem with patience and asked for every detail before examining the child. Very neatly explained the problem to us. Overall we had a good experience.
