Successful IUI after failed IVF
We got married 13 years back and had multiple IUIs in different hospitals and tried all type of treatments like allopathy, homeopathy and siddha but nothing yields results. In this whole process we lost lot of money and lost all hopes. My wife is not having any major issues except Prolactinoma in pituitary gland and I am having issues related to abnormal sperm and low sperm count and poor quality of sperm. We are having 10 years age difference and I am in to 43 years.
Finally we decided to do IVF with fresh hope. We meet Dr Rashmi Yogish from Nova IVF kormangala, *** ** *** ** *** Doctor suggested to go for IVF as we don’t want to waste any time because of our age factor. Doctor was so kind enough to listen our concerns and she was having tons of positive energy. She is the only one doctor who was treating her profession as Service [patient first and money later]
We had under gone our first IVF and we got 9 eggs in good shape. We were in blue moon and finally my wife was so happy she is becoming mom now, all our embryos growth will till three days, later embryonic growth got arrested on day four and none of them became blastocysts. Whole process went to failure. At the same time rest of the patients who undergone IVF along with my wife got succeeded.
We lost all our hope and my wife was into full of tears and she refuses to come out of home. She was in to her final stage of depression even though she wants to come out. She concluded she won’t be getting pregnancy in near future and her dream for child is over now. She was like lost in the world and not able to overcome the failure.
We had given up and decided to stop treatment for three to six months as I am sure my wife won’t be able tolerate another failure. .Later we got a call from doctor and she suggested to go to IUI very next month itself as the hormone injections used for ivf will have its own positive effect. Ironically my semen reduced to 7 million / ml at the day when we undergone IUI. We both had lost confidence except doctor. For the sack of doctor we did that. Rest all pleasant stories and now my wife is 3 month pregnancy now just because of Doctor. ****** *** * ****** *** ** *** ******* ** *******

2) Transparency in treatment.
3) Every patient is treated as special patient.
Cons:
1) Wait time. Which is worth enough as these times will yield what you want. Also doctor use to be busy with other procedures.
Conclusion:
Believe me whatever I had mentioned is 100% truth and feel free to contact me. Whole my comment talks about my wife’s feeling rather than mine as saw closely her pain in outside world even though she was not at all guilty her use to literally cry every day. Now all that changed to happiness because of Dr Rashmi Yogish.
I am posting this message just to say that
****** **** ** ******* ** ***** **** ** ****** ****** ********* Don’t judge a book by its cover -> don’t underestimate doctors caliber just by her experience.
3) Every end is a beginning ->after failed IVF we lost all hope. But that was not the end, it helps in next IUI.

Dr. Rashmi is the most kind, gentle, sweet n compassionate doctor/person I have ever met. She is the reason I havent yet given up hope. There is something magical about her. I have personally come to believe that God works through her to help people like me to make our dream of having a baby come true. And I thank God for that. She is a Doctor who does not easily give up on her patients and I am lucky to have found such a doctor to guide me through this very bittersweet journey that I have had to take unfortunately.
