She is busy so understandably you have to wait to meet her but just her voice and smile fills you up with tremendous confidence. She is there to answer all your questions. However, if you don't have any then you will see her only for a few minutes eventually. So I recommend you write all your questions before you meet her. My pregnancy was handled with utmost care by her and she was there throughout giving me confidence. She is a very pro-normal delivery doctor and even when there were some tense moments during the labor, she kept her calm and tried her best for a normal delivery. I recommend Dr. Praveena to every aspiring mother. All the best! :)

This feedback is only for the help desk staff. I have no complaints with the Doctor. I had taken a prior appointment but in spite of that the reception/ administration staff did not check the patients list correctly and made me wait for 1 and a half hour. Only after I went and questioned them, they realised that they did a mistake and did not see my no. In the list and were sending patients who came after me and made me simply wait. I was really disappointed with that. What is the point of taking an appointment if you have to wait for 1.5 hour. These kind of silly mistakes spoil the brand name of the hospital. They should be careful.
