Happy with: Treatment satisfaction
Doctor's Consultation fee is Rs.3500/-, which is difficult for a average middle class family. Had the Consultation fee is reasonable then it will be nice.
Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Meena and her team! My brother is under her treatment for quite long time and he improved a lot in terms of enhancing quality of life. Now he is almost set to go for work and perform his daily activities as normal human being because of doctor's right treatment decision at right time. She was very accommodative was ready to follow up via Skype whenever needed even though we changed the city. We are truly impressed with her guidance, valuable suggestions, and always helping attitude that doctor exhibited throughout our journey. Thanks a lot!

I had taken my husband for panic attacks. First we waited for an hour. When she came she was in a hurry. She just did not understand the patients problems. She hardly speaks for a few minutes. And I paid 2000 rs for this. I went back because situation was desperate. She was only blaming my hubby. Stopped going to her. *** * **** *** ** ******** **************** **** **** **** ** ***** ******* ******** ** **** ** ****** **** On top of it she lacks empathy a basic quality that docs should have or cultivate.

Most non empathetic doctor I have met in my lifetime
Charges 3000 for consultation and spend 10 mins with you. And she keeps cutting u off to take her phone calls.. twice in 10 mins..
She has no inputs to provide when u explain ur condition.
She just says u need counselling ..meet a counselor and had no inputs whatsoever to help the patient cope with the condition. She recommends her team ** ****** ******* ** ***** ********** ( where u have counsellors who charge a bomb and keep looking at their watch during ur session)
Terribly disappointed with her attitude, methods or conversation. Wat a bad misuse of my time and money. I will never recommend her to anybody. Especially somebody who needs help should refrain from meeting this over expensive, non empathetic doctor.

We have been consulting Dr. Meena and her psychologist Lakshmi for the past one year for my daughter's ADHD. We find them competent and professional, and more importantly, friendly and very empathetic. They have counseled us on several aspects and helped us understand how to prioritize among the many things that are in disarray. They also encourage us to provide regular updates on the progress via phone, email etc so that they can intervene as necessary before a scheduled visit. As a result, there has been good improvement on some basic and important fronts. My daughter connects well with them and looks forward to visiting them. However given that ADHD ranges over a continuum and the same therapy or medicine does not work for everyone or at all times and requires trial and error to determine the right combination -- which can change over time and hence requires long-term (if not life-long) management -- only time will tell us whether our time and money will be worth it. But we are hopeful.
That said, I should also mention that their fee is a little high, especially when consultations are recurrent, but they probably have their reasons. Nevertheless, I do think they can come up with ways to make their services more affordable and hence more accessible.

Hoped for better: Wait timeExplanation of the health issue
I was giving an appointment time for 1:15PM so when someone gives you a time I'm assuming it's based on availability but guess what Doc was not there and the wait was just too long. Never mind post 1:15PM and 45mins later I get to finally meet the doctor.
I'm not sure how are you going to improve wait time when doctor is only not present at the facility.
Never mind, * ******* *** ***** ****** I'm more interested in counselling over prescription. I have a mental issue **** *** ** ******* **** ******** ******* **** ** *** * ****** ***** *** ** ***** * **** ** ****** *** I got to believe it to live it.
What is surprising is I rescheduled my appointment with the counselor at this facility. But I haven't got any message about my upcoming appointment. Never mind Meena, didn't accept any fee for seeing me as I pressed upon the fact that I wanting to talk to a counselling over taking medication.
For rest of you remember what you want before walking into something like this a psychiatrist are the ones with a prescription of drugs and a counselor is the only with words.
I hope this helps.
Dr. Meena provides a courteous, empathetic, non-judgemental, and ofpen minded environment, with just the right combination of professional and friendly.
In the past, I have been to several other psychiatrist's, all of whom I found to be proud, superficial, brash, lacking empathy and unprofessionally dismissive, on the contrary Dr. Meena is truly a
breath of fresh air. I found psychotherapist Smitha to be equally fantastic. Kind as a friend and intuitive so as to root out your most profound issues. I have been looking for a therapist like Smitha for years. Her therapy adapts to your needs, might it be flexible or structured.
For all of us who think we can't find a doctor and therapist empathetic, flexible, and perceptive enough, you'll find them both at ReACH psychiatry, in psychiatrist Dr. Meena and psychotherapist Smitha.
In general the staff here is friendly and considerate. Two thumbs up!!!!! I totally recommend these place, doctor and therapist.
I had to wait for an hour to meet the doctor and when finally my turn came she just spoke with me for 2 mins and prescribed medicines and sent me off quickly. She spent more than an hour with the previous patient and she was not even willing to spend 10 mins with me. As soon as I told her my symptoms she just prescribed the medicines and finished with the diagnosis. She didn't ask me any questions. She charges Rs. 2000/- for 2 mins!!!!
She didn't even want to know what the exact problem is. It was really a very bad experience.
