I went to Manipal Hospital for a master check-up and my pelvic ultrasound showed an abnormality. That’s how I met Dr. Manjushree Pai, and I’m so grateful I did.
First consultation - May 27th, 2026:
She examined me and explained my condition with such clarity and in detail. It’s not that often we come across such doctors. When I panicked hearing that I have to get a Laparoscopic Surgery done, she read my face instantly and made things simple from day one.
She’s fun - her parting words were “Don’t do ChatGPT and panic” * as I left that day. I never felt the need for a second opinion, even though my friends suggested it.
Follow-up:
I was amazed how she prioritized my case and gave me the earliest surgery date. She’s reachable on mobile anytime, updates patients on everything, and even shares her own schedule as in when she is available and not available in hospital, when she is available in OPD - something I’ve never experienced with any doctor before.
Surgery & Post-op:
Mine was a difficult Laparoscopic Myomectomy with multiple fibroids. She visited me every day after admission and prepped me before surgery. Post-surgery recovery has been excellent thanks to her.
Dr. Manjushree Pai isn’t just a wonderful surgeon - she makes you feel safe and cared for. Honestly it was hard to accept I wouldn’t see her daily after discharge. For anything gynae in my life, it’s only going to be Dr. Manjushree Pai.
