Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai, Dr. Dighe began her ART career in 1999 under Padmashree Dr. Kamini Rao in Bangalore, where she trained for six years. She later moved to Pune and established the IVF Centre at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, serving as its Director until 2014.In 2015, she founded Xenith Advanced Fertility Centre, now recognized as the No.1 IVF Single Speciality Centre in Pune and the only one from Pune to be ranked among the top 5 in Western India.
